Tuesdays 6 - 7.30pm - Gentle Yoga from Tuesday 5th May until 21st July 2026
Drop-in £12 or a 12 week block @ £120 (for now the payments are via bank transfer or by cash - please email me for my bank details)
***Please note that block ‘tickets’ can be used/combined for Mondays and/or Tuesdays but they need to be ‘used up’ by 21st July
My Yoga Classes continue at the Centre of Pendeen but with a slight change for Monday nights which will now be called Yoga for Everyone.I have changed the name of Monday nights from Hatha Flow to clarify that these classes are really for all levels of ability. I will be combining slow flow with posture work, with a focus, as always, on breathing and subtle sensation. You can come as a novice and have a gentle, exploratory experience and you can come with loads of experience under your belt, and experience the heat and strength of the practice, if this is what you’re looking for. Tuesdays will continue as gentle exploratory practice with a focus on an ease of movement and relaxation.
