PLEASE NOTE that for this next block, you have the option of 2 kinds of bookings:

  1. Thursday evenings only (£12 drop-in or £60 for the block (includes class recordings))

  2. The full course (including Thursday nights, 2 x Saturday morning workshops, recordings + extra resources) @ £115

This online package continues and teaching it is one of the highlights of my week! Thanks to all of you around the country (and beyond) who keep joining, sometimes taking a rest, and then coming back again! And just to say that these courses are open to everyone, whether or not you’ve registered for a previous YIML. Please come and try it out!

Yoga in the Midst of Life (YIML) is a way of coming to a deeper understanding of Asana (physical yoga), Pranayama (breath), Meditation & Relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and perhaps most importantly, is a way to weave yoga into our daily lives so the practices become so much more than an hour once a week on the mat.

Below is a description of content for a full YIML course - this time around it is Thursday nights only - YIML LITE

Content over 6 weeks (each 6 week block will be themed differently – physically and philosophically and you have the option of dipping into as much as or as little of the content as you wish).

· 6 x Asana, Breathing & Meditation Classes (each will be 1.5 hours)
· 2 x 3-hour weekend workshops 
· OPTIONAL 1 x 30mins individual Zoom call to discuss your individual practice and its role in your life
· OPTIONAL Peer support learning community 
· Access to reading and recordings of all taught sessions and individual/group meetings
